L'invention concerne des dispositifs et des procédés pour guider une aiguille en mouvement à travers une fermeture de bouteille, telle qu'un bouchon de liège, pour extraire des fluides de la bouteille sans retirer le bouchon de liège. Un indicateur de force peut indiquer lorsqu'une force dépassant une valeur de seuil est appliquée à l'aiguille pendant l'introduction et/ou le retrait de l'aiguille d'un bouchon de liège.
