Zusammenfassung:	A method for drying nanofibrillated polysaccharide to obtain a substantially dry nanofibrillated polysaccharide product, comprising the following steps: (i) providing an aqueous suspension of nanofibrillated polysaccharide; (ii) increasing the solid content of said suspension, thereby forming a high solid content microfibrillated cellulose suspension; and (iii) drying said high solid content microfibrillated cellulose suspension, through a simultaneous heating and mixing operation. L'invention concerne un procédé de séchage de polysaccharide nanofibrillé afin d'obtenir un produit de polysaccharide nanofibrillé sensiblement sec, ce procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : (i) produire une suspension aqueuse de polysaccharide nanofibrillé ; (ii) augmenter la teneur en solides de ladite suspension, ce qui permet de former une suspension cellulosique microfibrillée à haute teneur en solides ; et (iii) sécher ladite suspension cellulosique microfibrillée à haute teneur en solides par une opération simultanée de chauffage et de mélange.
