MOTOR BUILT-IN, INSERTION-TYPE CONCRETE VIBRATOR

A motor built-in, insertion-type concrete vibrator, comprising a power cord (1), a controller (2), a connecting cable, a rubber tube (5), and a vibrating rod (6). The vibrating rod (6) consists of a housing (7), a built-in motor (9) arranged within the housing (7), and an eccentric block (8) arranged on a rotary shaft of the built-in motor (9). Furthermore, a stator of the built-in motor (9) is formed by assembling together three pieces of metal cores formed by stacking identical washers then fitted with a winding, where each metal core is provided with only one tooth (9-1). A lead of the built-in motor (9) is sandwiched between two layers of rubber bands (12 and 13) and is sealed by pressing tight an inner platen (11) and an outer platen (14).
