BODY-WALL-CONTACT-TYPE WATER TANK AND IN-CAVITY FLUID PERFUSION SYSTEM

A body-wall-contact-type water tank (12) is equipped with: a water-tank body for storing a fluid to be supplied into a body cavity, and positioned so as to contact a body wall (120); a through-hole which conveys the fluid stored in the water-tank body into the body cavity via an incision formed in the body wall (120), and is formed in the bottom section of the water-tank body; and a connecting means for connecting, in an airtight manner, the water-tank body to the body wall (120) and/or to a retractor (110) attached to the incision. Cette invention concerne un réservoir d'eau à contact avec une paroi corporelle (12) comportant les éléments suivants : un réservoir d'eau qui contient un liquide à acheminer dans une cavité corporelle et placé de manière à toucher une paroi corporelle (120) ; un conduit qui achemine le liquide présent dans le réservoir d'eau jusque dans la cavité corporelle via une incision formée dans la paroi corporelle (120), et qui est formé dans le fond du réservoir d'eau ; et un système de connexion qui relie, de manière étanche à l'air, le réservoir d'eau à la paroi corporelle (120) et/ou à un écarteur (110) disjoignant l'incision.
