| Zusammenfassung: | A method of producing a photovoltaic device which comprises a solar cell substrate forming the bulk of the device with at least one layer deposited thereon defining a surface of the device, said method comprising the step of introducing a functional layer on the substrate, said layer being capable of releasing hydrogen, and activating said layer to achieve hydrogenation of the photovoltaic device. The method makes it possible, in the case of thick film solar cell production, to have the whole manufacturing sequence performed using chemicals applied under atmospheric conditions.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un dispositif photovoltaïque qui comprend un substrat de cellule solaire formant la partie principale du dispositif sur lequel est déposée au moins une couche définissant une surface du dispositif, ledit procédé comprenant l'étape consistant à introduire une couche fonctionnelle sur le substrat, ladite couche étant capable de libérer de l'hydrogène, et à activer ladite couche pour réaliser l'hydrogénation du dispositif photovoltaïque. Le procédé rend possible, dans le cas de la production de cellules solaires à couche épaisse, la réalisation de toute la séquence de fabrication au moyen de produits chimiques appliqués dans les conditions atmosphériques. |
