TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION METHOD, SERVER DEVICE, AND TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION PROGRAM

Provided are a telephone communication system such that a recipient feedback can be received and a sender can make a call to an arbitrary recipient by designating a send condition, a telephone communication method, a server device, and a telephone communication program. The telephone communication system is provided with: a client terminal; a server device; and at least one or more telephones, which may be connected via a communication network. The server device is provided with a send unit for making a call via a telephone line on the basis of the send condition registered by the sender, a connection determination unit that determines whether connection of the telephone line is established, an audio reproduction unit that reproduces, for the telephone with which connection is determined to have been established, recorded linguistic information as audio information, an audio transmission unit that transmits the audio information, and a reply reception unit that receives reply information transmitted from the telephone.
