L'invention concerne un dispositif médical électro-chirurgical comprenant : (i) un dispositif portatif (1) comprenant un boîtier (3) et un élément alimenté (2) dans le boîtier ; (ii) un bloc-batterie (30), le dispositif portatif étant connecté par un câble externe (20) à un système fonctionnel (40), le bloc-batterie étant fixé au câble externe, et le bloc-batterie alimentant en énergie l'élément alimenté.
