Zusammenfassung:	A light-emitting device (an LED module (10)) is equipped with: a long substrate (11); an LED element (12) that is mounted on a first main surface of the substrate (11); a first metal pattern (a wiring line (13)) that is patterned on the first main surface of the substrate (11) and is electrically connected to the LED element (12); and a second metal pattern (a metal pattern (14)) that is patterned on a second main surface, which is a surface opposed to the first main surface, of the substrate (11) and is not wired. La présente invention a trait à un dispositif électroluminescent (un module de diodes électroluminescentes (10)) qui est équipé : d'un long substrat (11) ; d'un élément de diode électroluminescente (12) qui est monté sur une première surface principale du substrat (11) ; d'un premier motif métallique (une ligne de câblage (13)) qui est tracé sur la première surface principale du substrat (11) et qui est électriquement connecté à l'élément de diode électroluminescente (12) ; et d'un second motif métallique (un motif métallique (14)) qui est tracé sur une seconde surface principale, qui est une surface opposée à la première surface principale, du substrat (11) et qui n'est pas câblé.
