La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif portable qui peut être monté sur la tête, ledit dispositif comprenant : une première source de lumière configurée pour émettre un faisceau de lumière blanche dans une première direction; et une seconde source de lumière configurée pour émettre une lumière bleue, la seconde source de lumière étant configurée de telle sorte que la lumière bleue soit sensiblement émise dans une seconde direction qui est différente de la première direction.
