Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a drive circuit for an LED module, which comprises: an LED array formed by a plurality of parallel groups connected in series; a power supply module used to convert an external power supply into a forward voltage from 12 V to 75 V for driving each LED in the LED array; and a control module used to control different gating switches to execute connection or disconnection work according to the detected input voltage. The solution of the present invention can provide an LED array with a regular alternating current power and does not require the equipping of an electrolytic capacitor. The present invention further avoids design defects in direct current solutions, optimizes the performance of light bulbs, and lowers the fabrication cost of light bulbs. Compared with other lighting technologies, alternating current solutions lower the overall cost of an LED.
