The present invention provides a prefabricated ventilation device capable of: providing customers with a do-it-yourself (DIY) experience where the customers directly install the prefabricated ventilation device and the sense of satisfaction by enabling a housing body, a guide body, a cover, an intake quantity adjustment body, a variable height body and a fixing body to be easily assembled; mounting a first housing body to which a first ventilation fan is coupled regardless of the height of a window frame by using the variable height body; enabling the customers to mount one or more ventilation fans by connecting and assembling the first housing body and a second housing body in accordance with circumstances; enabling the customers to use the variable height body as a shelf by using a finishing plate included in the height variable body; protecting the private life of indoor residents and preventing possible crimes, such as the use of a hidden camera and the like, by preventing the inside of the house from being exposed to the outside through an isolation screen, and the prefabricated ventilation device comprises: a first housing body (110) comprising a first coupling part (112) to which a first ventilation fan (111) is coupled and a first support part (113) supporting the first coupling part (112) at the center on the inside thereof, and first assembling groove parts (115) having inwardly inserted first fixing protrusions (114) at both sides on the lower end thereof and first elastic engagement pieces (116) along an edge of the front surface; a first cover (120) comprising first engagement protrusions (121) with which the first elastic engagement pieces (116) provided along the edge of the front surface of the first housing body (110) are engaged so as to be placed at locations corresponding to the first elastic engagement pieces (116), a first guide part (122) which is hollow and protrudes from the rear surface, a first withdrawal hole (123) which communicates with the first guide part (122), first finger insertion prevention parts (124) at the front surface, and hanging parts (125) to which the first fixing protrusions (114) of the first assembling groove parts (115) are hung; a first guide body (130) which is inwardly inserted into the first housing body (110) from the rear surface of the first housing body (110), passes through the first guide part (122) of the first cover (120) and is withdrawn from the first withdrawal hole (123); a first intake quan
