Separation occurs by coalescence and precipitation of droplets of the aqueous phase, allowing water and salts contained in the petroleum obtained to be removed.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de séparation des phases d'émulsions de pétrole du type "eau dans l'huile" (E/H) par application indirecte d'ultrasons (US) basse fréquence, la fréquence étant comprises entre 10 kHz et 1000 kHz, sans addition d'agents désémulsifiants. La séparation s'effectue par coalescence et sédimentation des gouttes de la phase aqueuse, permettant l'élimination de l'eau et des sels contenus dans le pétrole produit.
A presente invenção se refere a um processo para a separação das fases de emulsões de petróleo do tipo água-em-óleo (A/O) pela aplicação indireta de ultrassom (US) de baixa frequência, com frequência entre 10 kHz e 1.000 kHz, sem a adição de agentes desemulsificantes. A separação dá-se pela coalescência e sedimentação das gotas da fase aquosa, permitindo a remoção de água e sais contidos no petróleo produzido. |
