Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a light guide plate (13) and a lighting lamp (11) having the light guide plate (13). The light guide plate (13) has no frame and is easy to splice, and comprises at least one light guide sub-plate (10). The light guide sub-plate (10) comprises at least one light source part (101) directly facing the incident light of a light source (12) and at least one light shade mounting groove (102) recessed inwards and provided beside the light source part (101).
