INTEGRATED METHOD FOR PRODUCING ACROLEIN AND 3-METHYLMERCAPTO PROPIONALDEHYDE

Verfahren zur Herstellung von MMP aus Acrolein und Methylmercaptan, bei dem nacheinander die nachfolgenden Schritte durchgeführt werden A) Gasphasenoxidation von Propylen mit Hilfe von Luft an einem heterogenen Katalysator in Anwesenheit eines Verdünnungsgases B) Auffangen des Acrolein-haltigen Gasstromes aus A) in einer Quenchstufe zur Abtrennung von Nebenprodukten C) Rückgewinnen von Rest-Acrolein-Anteilen aus der im unteren Teil der Quenchstufe B) vorhandenen Flüssigkeit durch Strippung D) Auffangen eines ersten Teiles des Acrolein-haltigen Gasstromes aus der Quenchstufe B) in einer Absorptionsstufe in Gegenwart von Wasser zur Gewinnung einer wässrigen Acrolein-Lösung D1) zumindest teilweise Rückführung des nicht kondensierbaren Gases aus D) als Verdünnungsgas in die Reaktionsstufe A) E) Destillative Abtrennung des Acroleins aus der wässrigen Acrolein-Lösung aus D) in einer Destillationsstufe E1) Kondensation des Acrolein-haltigen Destillats aus E) und Zufuhr des Destillats in eine Reaktionsstufe F) sowie Zufuhr eines weiteren Teiles des Acrolein-haltigen Gasstromes aus der Quenchstufe B) direkt in die Reaktionsstufe F) zur Umsetzung mit Methylmercaptan in Gegenwart von MMP und/oder MMP/MC-Hemithioacetal.
