The embodiment of the invention provides a realization method of terminal mobile service in an IP multimedia subsystem architecture, which comprises: in a user communication process, receiving a terminal portability (TP) service trigger request submitted by an integrated services digital network (ISDN) user terminal; according to the TP service request message, establishing a TP service suspending request message; sending the TP service suspending request message to a core network of the IP multimedia subsystem (IMS), thus identifying the TP service suspending request and performing the TP service suspending operation by the core network of the IMS.
