According to the invention, said detection means (3) is integrated at least in the first face (6). L'invention concerne un article culinaire (1) incluant une structure (2) présentant une première (6) et une deuxième (7) faces opposées l'une à l'autre, et un moyen de détection (3) de composés volatils (4) relié à un dispositif de traitement (5) apte à émettre un signal s'il y a une détection desdits composés volatils (4) par le moyen de détection (3).
