TOUCH PANEL AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREFOR

Provided is a touch panel fabrication method, comprising the steps of: forming a plurality of first conductive shafts and a plurality of second conductive units on a substrate; covering the first conductive shaft and second conductive unit with an insulation layer, and at least exposing a part of the second conductive unit; and simultaneously forming a plurality of bridge structures and a shield layer to cover the insulation layer, the bridge structure being electrically connected to each of the second conductive units. The present invention fabricates a shield layer with the same material while forming bridge structures, so there is no need for an additional fabrication step for the shield layer, the cost and fabrication time can be saved, and a touch panel is allowed to achieve an effect of resisting interference.
