Zusammenfassung:	An acoustic damping device comprising at least one (1) a shell having a cavity and having a first opening that communicates with the cavity and (2) an acoustic film attached to the shell and substantially spanning the opening, wherein the acoustic film has an array of through holes therein, the shell and acoustic film defining in at least part an active cavity and wherein the device is adapted to be mounted to a support. L'invention concerne un dispositif d'amortissement acoustique comportant au moins une (1) coque dotée d'une cavité et présentant une première ouverture qui communique avec la cavité et (2) un film acoustique fixé à la coque et recouvrant sensiblement l'ouverture, le film acoustique étant percé d'un réseau de trous débouchants, la coque et le film acoustique définissant une cavité active dans au moins une partie de ceux-ci et le dispositif étant prévu pour être monté sur un support.
