The present invention provides a boat, which comprises: a base (100) of a hull including the bottom base of the boat; a first and a second body (200; 210, 220) separately arranged along the longitudinal direction of the base (100) of the hull for providing respective internal holding spaces (A, B); a first and a second buoyant member (410, 420) closely inserted into the respective holding spaces (A, B) of the first and the second body (200; 210, 220) for providing the hull with buoyancy; and a transom part (600) fastened to the deck (300) or the side of the base (100) of the hull for providing the transom.
