Zusammenfassung:	A composition for use in a human by oral administration to reduce or control cardiometabolic risk factors associated with metabolic syndrome or hypercholesterolemia, or reduce risk of developing metabolic syndrome or hypercholesterolemia. The composition includes a combination of Arabinogalactan and Dihydroquercetin (taxifolin), where the Arabinogalactan is present in the combination as a fiber matrix in an amount higher than 70% as determined by weight on dry matter basis, and the Dihydroquercetin is present in the fiber matrix.
