VERTICAL PULVERIZING APPARATUS

Provided is a vertical pulverizing apparatus capable of increasing work efficiency by suppressing wear on a throat vane (40) and extending wear-resistance life. The present invention is characterized in that: a throat (4) is provided between a housing (32) and a pulverizing table (2), the throat (4) having an annular flow channel surrounded by a throat inner peripheral wall (41) and a throat outer peripheral wall (42), and the annular flow channel being partitioned by a plurality of throat vanes (40); and the invention is provided with an inclined part (43a, 43b) extending diagonally downward from the inner peripheral wall surface of the housing (32) toward the top end side of the throat outer peripheral wall (42), and a horizontal part (44) extending from the bottom end of the inclined part (43b) continuing to the top end of the throat outer peripheral wall (42), a top end surface (40a) of the throat vane (40) and a top surface of the horizontal part (44) being set at the same height. L'invention concerne un appareil de pulvérisation verticale apte à augmenter l'efficacité de travail en supprimant l'usure sur une aube à gorge (40) et d'allonger la durée de vie de la résistance à l'usure. La présente invention est caractérisée en ce que : une gorge (4) est disposée entre un boîtier (32) et une table de pulvérisation (2), la gorge (4) ayant un canal d'écoulement annulaire entouré par une paroi périphérique interne de gorge (41) et une paroi périphérique externe de gorge (42), et le canal d'écoulement annulaire étant séparé par plusieurs aubes à gorge (40) ; et l'invention est dotée d'une partie inclinée (43a, 43b) s'étendant de façon diagonale vers le bas à partir de la surface de la paroi périphérique interne du boîtier (32) vers le côté extrémité supérieure de la paroi périphérique externe de la gorge (42), et d'une partie horizontale (44) s'étendant à partir de l'extrémité inférieure de la partie inclinée (43b) en continuant vers l'extrémité supérieure de la paroi périphérique externe de gorge (42), une surface d'extrémité supérieure (40a) de l'aube à gorge (40) et une surface supérieure de la partie horizontale (44) étant réglées à la même hauteur.
