METHOD FOR PREPARING MAGNESIUM METAL POWDER

The present invention relates to hydrometallurgy, and in particular, to a method for preparing magnesium metal powder. The method at least comprises the following steps: performing membrane electrolysis on magnesium chloride hexahydrate MgCl 2 .6H 2 O saturated solution to obtain magnesium ions; and after the magnesium ions are reduced into magnesium in organic electrolyte of a cathode chamber of a membrane electrolysis system, performing solid-liquid separation to obtain magnesium metal powder. The present invention has the advantages that: production is clean, and zero emission of solid, liquid and gas is nearly realized; energy consumption is substantially reduced, merely ions in water are migrated, and phase transition does not occur on the water; salinized industrial effluents are used, so that zero emission of upstream factories is nearly realized; a production process is shortened, and equipment is simple and can be fully automated; raw materials are single and have wide sources, and magnesium chloride
