The present invention also relates to method of preparation of the said pharmaceutical compositions. La présente invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques abaissant LDL et élevant HDL comprenant un inhibiteur de HMG CoA réductase; un inhibiteur de NADPH oxydase, et facultativement une huile contenant des acides gras polyinsaturés à chaîne longue pour le traitement de maladies cardiovasculaires. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation desdites compositions pharmaceutiques.
