La présente invention concerne, de manière générale, des agents de contraste paramagnétiques et un procédé d'IRM À contraste dynamique pour l'estimation non invasive de l'administration d'un médicament anticancéreux macromoléculaire ou d'un promédicament dans des tissus pathologiques et en particulier, dans des tumeurs solides et pour assurer l'optimisation de traitements anticancéreux.
