A composition comprising 65 to 85 wt % wood pulp fiber, 15 to 35 wt % thermoplastic polymer and 0.1 to 5 weight % mineral oil having a specific gravity less than water. The wood pulp fiber can be bleached chemical wood pulp fiber. La présente invention concerne une composition comprenant de 10 à 50 % en poids de fibre de pâte de bois, de 45 à 85 % en poids de polymère thermoplastique et de 0,1 à 5 % en poids d'huile minérale transparente présentant une densité inférieure à celle de l'eau. L'invention concerne également une composition comprenant de 65 à 85 % en poids de fibre de pâte de bois, de 15 à 35 % en poids de polymère thermoplastique et de 0,1 à 5 % en poids d'huile minérale présentant une densité inférieure à celle de l'eau. La fibre de pâte de bois peut consister en une fibre de pâte de bois chimique blanchie.
