Zusammenfassung: | A vibration actuator (10) is provided with a stator (13), a roller (30) which is in contact with the stator (13) and which is supported by the stator (13), a rotating shaft (34) which supports the roller (30), a vibration device which is connected to the stator (13) and which rotates the roller (30) by generating ultrasonic vibration in the portion where the stator (13) and the roller (30) are in contact with each other, and a preloading mechanism which is connected to the rotating shaft (34) and which presses the roller (30) against the stator (13) by pressing the rotating shaft (34) toward the stator (13). The preloading mechanism is provided with a connection member (37) which has a pair of connection sections (38) connected to the rotating shaft (34) on both sides of the roller (30) in the axial direction thereof. The stator (13) is provided with a space for receiving the connection member (37).
L'actionneur à vibrations (10) de l'invention est équipé : d'un stator (13); d'un rouleau (30) en contact avec le stator (13), lequel stator (13) le maintient; d'un axe de rotation (34) maintenant le rouleau (30); d'un dispositif de vibrations qui est couplé au stator (13), et qui met le rouleau (30) en rotation en produisant des vibrations ultrasonores dans une portion de contact entre le stator (13) et le rouleau (30); et d'un mécanisme de précompression qui exerce une pression du rouleau (30) sur le stator (13) en décalant l'axe de rotation (34) auquel il est couplé, vers le stator (13). Le mécanisme de précompression est équipé d'un élément de couplage possédant une paire de parties couplage (38) couplées à l'axe de rotation (34) des deux côtés de la direction axiale du rouleau (30). |
