Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a chair having a tensioning function to exercise the face and jaw, the cervical muscles, and the cervical vertebrae, comprising a chair main body having a seat back (1), and a face and jaw, cervical muscles and cervical vertebrae tensioning apparatus (2) provided on the seat back (1). The face and jaw, cervical muscles and cervical vertebrae tensioning apparatus (2) comprises a rotary shaft (21), a loading apparatus (23) and a traction steel wire (22), wherein the rotary shaft (21) disposed on the rear face of the seat back (1) rotates horizontally; a first arm (24) and a second arm (25) are respectively provided at the two ends of the rotary shaft (21); the first arm (24) and the second arm (25) respectively extend towards the front of the seat back (1), and the free ends are respectively fixed by means of a first bracket (26) and a second bracket (27); the loading apparatus (23) is located on the rear face of the seat back (1); and the two ends of the traction steel wire (22) are respectively c
