La présente invention concerne des dispositifs et un procédé pour produire des matériaux semi-conducteurs texturés. Les dispositifs et procédés présentés permettent d'obtenir une surface texturée ayant des propriétés qui assurent une tension de claquage élevée. Les dispositifs et procédés d'après la présente invention peuvent servir à fabriquer des substrats semi-conducteurs destinés à servir dans des applications photovoltaïques telles que des cellules solaires.
