Zusammenfassung:	Tools for determining belt wear are provided. Specifically, non-contact based systems and processes are described which enable a quick and accurate measurement of belt wear. Based on the measurements of belt wear, a wear condition for the belt can be determined. Information regarding the wear condition can then be used to determine an appropriate remedial measure for responding to the determined wear condition. L'invention concerne des outils de détermination de l'usure de courroies, et concerne plus particulièrement des systèmes et des procédés sans contact utilisés pour la mesure rapide et précise de l'usure de courroies. En fonction de la mesure d'usure d'une courroie, il est possible de déterminer l'état d'usure de cette courroie. Des informations relatives à l'usure de la courroie peuvent ensuite être utilisées pour identifier une mesure corrective adaptée à l'état d'usure constaté.
