Zusammenfassung:	Optical patches are assigned to prescriptions so as to reduce the total number of patch surfaces which are involved. The prescriptions are produced by varying at least one of a front patch surface (S1) and rear patch surface (S2) which are combined to form an optical patch, in accordance with prescription segments. The front patch surfaces (S1) are pseudo-spherical and the rear patch surfaces (S2) are comprised of a Fresnel structure superimposed on a pseudo-spherical base shape. L'invention porte sur des raccordements optiques qui sont affectés à des prescriptions de manière à réduire le nombre total de surfaces de raccordement qui sont impliquées. Les prescriptions sont produites par variation d'au moins l'une d'une surface de raccordement avant (S1) et d'une surface de raccordement arrière (S2) qui sont combinées pour former un raccordement optique, selon des segments de prescription. Les surfaces de raccordement avant (S1) sont pseudo-sphériques et les surfaces de raccordement arrière (S2) comprennent une structure de Fresnel superposée sur une forme de base pseudo-sphérique.
