Zusammenfassung:	Uses of human ZFX gene and related drugs thereof are provided. Specifically, uses of human ZFX gene in oncotherapy, oncodiagnosis, and preparation of related drugs are provided. SiRNAs, interfere nucleic acid constructs, interfere lentiviruses for human ZFX gene and uses thereof are also provided. The siRNAs or nucleic acid constructs and lentiviruses comprising the siRNA sequences of the present invention are able to inhibit the expression of human ZFX gene specifically; especially, the lentiviruses are able to infect target cells in high efficiency and inhibit the expression of ZFX gene in target cells effectively, and then inhibit the growth of tumor cells and facilitate the apoptosis of tumor cells. La présente invention concerne des utilisations du gène ZFX humain et des médicaments associés à celui-ci. Spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne des utilisations du gène ZFX humain en thérapie du cancer, diagnostic du cancer, et la préparation de médicaments associés.
