Zusammenfassung: | A liquid crystal panel (130) irradiation device and irradiation method. The device includes: an ultraviolet emitter (110) and a wavelength filter (120), wherein the wavelength filter (120) is provided in front of the ultraviolet emitter (110) and used for filtering ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 300 nm - 400 nm emitted from the ultraviolet emitter (110). By way of setting the wavelength of the ultraviolet rays to within the range 300 nm - 400 nm, the liquid crystal panel (130) irradiation device and method can reduce the length of time of ultraviolet irradiation of the sealant sealing the liquid crystal panel (130) during the solidification process of the sealant sealing the liquid crystal panel (130), thus improving production efficiency.
