A water inlet pipeline (2) of the condenser water side flow-changing automatic cyclic loop system is provided with a flow rate automatic regulating valve or automatic regulating bypass vale (10). Or a circulating water pump which is arranged on the water inlet pipeline of the condenser is arranged as a variable flow pump (3). The flow rate automatic regulating valve or automatic regulating bypass vale (10) or the circulating water pump (3) is connected with the electric control system through a circuit.
