Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a halogen-free flame retardant containing benzoxazine and a polymer material containing a halogen-free flame retardant. A small amount of metal oxide or hydrate may be added as a flame retardant synergist. Phosphorus oxide,phosphoric acid, metaphosphoric acid, polyphosphoric acid generated from combustion of red phosphorus reacts with a large number of phenolic hydroxyls generated in curing of benzoxazine resin, and the product is dehydrated to form a inorganic-organic hybridized blocking layer. The blocking layer has a good wettability on a base polymer, and the blocking performance is improved, and at the same time, the organic portion has an absorption effect on the organic flue gas, so that the flame retardant efficiency is significantly improved. The small amount of metal oxide or hydrate can enhance the stability of the blocking layer, thereby further improving the flame retardant effect.
