Zusammenfassung:	Roof clamps and methods of securing roof clamps are provided. The roof clamps (10) include a saddle (20), a wedge (22), and a securing member (86). The securing member (86) facilitates engaging a seam (12) of a roof with the clamp (10) and removably fixing the roof clamp (10) to the seam (12) through the camming action of the wedge (22) against a region of the saddle (20). The securing member (86) also serves as the connection point for an auxiliary item, such as a solar panel or a snow guard. The placement of the securing member (86) allows the roof clamp (10) to be secured from, and the auxiliary item to be attached at, a top surface of the saddle.
