SPINE GUARD

The present invention relates to a spine guard, and more particularly, to a spine guard which is designed so that the waist and the spine of a user can be protected by solidly supporting the chest of the user when the upper body of the user is leaning forward, even while using an existing chair. The spine guard according to the present invention comprises an arm support portion, which is coupled to a table, and has one side on which the arm of the user rests, and the other side to which a chest supporter portion is coupled; the chest supporter portion, which is coupled to the other side of the arm support portion, for supporting the chest of the user; and a table support portion, which forms a bracket shape with the arm support portion, for supporting the table.
