Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of sport, specifically to a training process for tennis players in the formation, development and execution of technical actions (shots and movements). The synchronization method consists in providing a tennis player with operative audio information that sets a rhythm for a technical action being performed, is accompanied by touch signals in synchronism therewith, and is at the same time an audio description of the rhythm structure of the motion trajectory of a ball, with the aid of electronic devices. The sequence of the audio and touch stimuli causes an increase in blood flow in that region of the cerebellum that is responsible for the perception of rhythm and performing a rhythmic action, as well as a parallel accompaniment in the form of sensory reflexes occurring in corresponding parts of the body, as a result of which the tennis player will succeed in being more accurate, and, with a good sense of rhythm, will ideally synchronize the rhythm of his own technical actions (shots and movements) with the rhythmic structure of the motion trajectory of the ball. The technical result of the invention consists in increasing the accuracy of synchronization between the rhythmic structures of the technical actions of a tennis player and those of the motion trajectory of a ball, as one of the most important aspects of advanced tennis skills.
