MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF ENERGY-SAVING LAMP

An energy-saving lamp manufacturing process, comprising the following steps: A, using AI/SMT equipment to mechanically mount or insert electronic elements on a printed circuit board (PCB); B, soldering and fixing the electronic elements connected to the PCB with mounting method using a reflow soldering machine; C, using a trimming device to trim the pins of the electronic elements into proper length according to the thickness of the PCB and the board-bottom pin protrusion-length requirements in the IPC standard; D, using a parallel transfer machine to convey the PCB in step C smoothly and steadily into a wave-soldering machine for soldering the electronic elements inserted in the PCB; E, assembling the PCB soldered in step D, lamp holder and lamp tube into an energy-saving lamp; F, spraying codes and packaging the lamp after completing ICT/ATE test.
