The conductive element and electrode may comprise materials that are incompatible. La présente invention concerne une dérivation électrique médicale perfectionnée. La dérivation peut comprendre un corps s'étendant longitudinalement présentant une extrémité distale, une extrémité proximale, un élément conducteur s'étendant entre les extrémités distale et proximale, et une électrode couplée à l'élément conducteur à l'aide d'un procédé de refusion.
