Reformate from the gas heated reformer is passed to the primary reformer as feed gas. La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de reformage d'hydrocarbures à la vapeur, le reformat provenant d'un préreformeur étant mis à réagir dans un reformeur chauffé au gaz, qui est chauffé par un gaz récupéré depuis un reformeur primaire. Le reformat provenant du reformeur chauffé au gaz est transmis au reformeur primaire en tant que gaz d'alimentation.
