QUICKLY REACTIVE COMPOSITION FOR PREPARING HARD POLYURETHANE FOAM WITH LOW DENSITY

A quickly reactive composition for preparing hard polyurethane foam with low density is formulated with the following components: 100 parts by weight of high active combined material, 8-28 parts by weight of blowing agent, 105-155 parts by weight of polyisocyanate, wherein, the high active combined material is formulated with the following components: 100 parts by weight of mixed polyols, 0.5-3.5 parts by weight of foam stabilizer, 1.0-10 parts by weight of catalyst, 0.5-3.0 parts by weight of water and 0-5 parts by weight of auxiliaries, in which the blowing agents are a mixture of cyclopentane and HFC-365mfc, a mixture of cyclopentane and HFC-245fa, or a mixture of cyclopentane, HFC-365mfc and HFC-245fa.
