La présente invention porte sur une forme cristalline III de l'acide 2-(3-cyano-4-isobutyloxyphényl)-4-méthyl-5-thiazolecarboxylique qui présente le diagramme de diffraction des rayons-x sur poudre de la figure 1, ayant les pics caractéristiques à un angle de réflexion 2? d'environ 3,0, 5,9, 8,8, 11,8, 12,3, 13,4, 14,7, 17,7, 20,1, 23,8, 24,4, 25,2, 26,1, 27,1, 29,1, 32,0. ?
