PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION WITH ANTIHYPOXIC NEUROPROTECTIVE, AND ANTIAMNESIC ACTION AND WITH ABILITY TO IMPROVE PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY

This invention relates to medicines, in particular, to pharmaceutical compositions which have an antihypoxic, neuroprotective, and antiamnesic action and an ability to improve physical efficiency and which are also used to treat acute and chronic cerebral-circulation disorders, including ischemic stroke and other diseases and conditions accompanied by a lower cognitive function. This pharmaceutical composition contains such active ingredients as Semax and choline alfoscerate at a ratio between 1 : 50 and 1: 8,000 (w/w), respectively, as well as pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. This invention solves such a problem as a product range extension for simple-composition drug products with a strong neuroprotective action accompanied by an antihypoxic and antiamnesic action and by an ability to improve physical efficiency. L'invention concerne la médecine et notamment une composition pharmaceutique possédant une activité anti-hypoxique, neuroprotectrice et anti-amnésique et augmentant la performance physique; elle est notamment destinée à traiter les troubles aigus et chroniques de circulation sanguine cérébrale, y compris l'accident ischémique et autres maladies et états accompagnés d'une baisse de fonctions cognitives. La composition pharmaceutique comprend en tant que composants actifs le Semax et l'alphoscérate de choline pris dans des proportions de poids comprises entre 1 : 50 et 1 : 8000, respectivement, ainsi que des additifs médicamenteux pharmaceutiquement acceptables. L'invention permet d'élargir la gamme disponible de médicaments à composition simple possédant une activité anti-hypoxique fortement exprimée couplée à une activité neuroprotectrice et anti-amnésique et augmentant la performance physique.
