Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a quality control method and apparatus for RNA sequencing of gene expression, which method comprises: performing respectively DGE and RNA-Seq analyses on sequencing fragments obtained by the sequencing technology; performing respectively correlative analyses on the results from the DGE analysis and that from the transcriptome analysis with the results from the qPCR; judging the quantitative differences in the gene expression between the DGE analysis and the transcriptome analysis according to the results of the correlative analysis, then selecting a sequencing analysis mode from among the DGE analysis and the transcriptome analysis, selecting one million lines of tag data (1M reads) from the analysis results obtained by the selected sequencing analysis mode, and performing a sequencing stability analysis of the gene expression.
