L'invention porte sur un appareil de cystotomie comprenant une sonde à partir de laquelle un dispositif d'avancement est utilisé lors de la création d'une voie chirurgicale allant de la vessie à travers un tissu abdominal à l'abdomen externe. Le dispositif d'avancement permet à un dilatateur, à une canule ou à un cathéter d'être amenés à passer à travers la voie chirurgicale dans la vessie.
