Zusammenfassung:	A process for the manufacture of halogenated olefins in semi-batch mode by dehydrohalogenation of halogenated alkanes in the presence of an aqueous base such as KOH which simultaneously neutralizes the resulting hydrogen halide. During the process, aqueous base is continuously added to the haloalkane which results in better yields, lower by-product formation and safer/more controllable operation. L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la fabrication d'oléfines halogénées en mode semi-continu par déshydrohalogénation d'alcanes halogénés en présence d'une base aqueuse telle que KOH qui neutralise simultanément l'halogénure d'hydrogène ainsi produit. Pendant le procédé, la base aqueuse est ajoutée en continu à l'halogénoalcane, ce qui conduit à de meilleurs rendements de production, une plus faible formation de sous-produits et une mise en oeuvre plus sûre/plus réglable.
