COMPOUND PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATION OF LEVOAMLODIPINE

A compound pharmaceutical composition of levoamlodipine containing levoamlodipine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and a blocker of a, ß receptors is disclosed by the present invention. The combination of levoamlodipine and a blocker of a, ß receptors is used to treat hypertension in the present invention. There is a satisfactory synergic hypotensive effect between the two components. While achieving the same or even better hypotensive effect, the combination can decrease the doses of both levoamlodipine and the blocker of a, ß receptors, so as to reduce the side effects caused by huge amount of single components. Moreover, the blocker of a, ß receptors can also inhibit reflex tachycardia caused by levoamlodipine.
