L'invention porte également sur l'utilisation dudit intermédiaire pour la préparation de rufinamide et pour l'obtention d'une nouvelle forme polymorphe du rufinamide, appelée forme R-5. L'invention porte également sur ledit nouveau polymorphe du rufinamide et sur une composition le contenant et sur son utilisation comme médicament. Le nouveau polymorphe du rufinamide présente une bonne stabilité et des propriétés physico-chimiques appropriées pour sa manipulation à l'échelle industrielle. La forme polymorphe R-5 sera appropriée pour être utilisée comme produit pharmaceutique pour le traitement de convulsions, en particulier pour le traitement de l'épilepsie. |
