The present invention further relates to a method for preparing particulate, expandable polymer as well as to a foam material obtained therewith. La présente invention concerne un polymère particulaire expansible qui peut être transformé en une mousse ayant une structure cellulaire fine et une faible densité et qui, afin d'améliorer sa valeur d'isolement thermique, contient un matériau à base de carbone augmentant la valeur d'isolement thermique. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation d'un polymère particulaire expansible, ainsi qu'un matériau moussé obtenu avec celui-ci.
