METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POLYURETHANE FOAM PARTS WITH TEXTILE COVERING AND MOULD FOR OBTAINING IT

The method is of the type for which polyurethane parts with textile covering are manufactured using an open mould. It is characterized in that in an initial phase, before the liquid polyurethane is poured into the open mould, a main portion (4) of the laminar textile body (5) covers a front surface (3) of the base of the open mould (1), the front surface (3) being incorporated into a moveable part (2) of the open mould (1), said movable part (2) being, in this initial phase, moved in relation to the rest of the open mould (1). Conversely, in a subsequent phase, the moveable part (2) is moved to a final position in line with the rest of the open mould (1) before the liquid polyurethane is poured, the remainder of the laminar textile body (5) being located outside the interior space of the open mould (1).
